Full-Sized Traditional Wedding Ceremony– $700+
For celebrations with more than 50 guests, this package includes everything needed for a personalized, professionally delivered ceremony at your larger event.
It includes:
• A customized ceremony tailored to your love story
• A rehearsal to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared (based on my availability... if I’m booked with another wedding that day, I’ll coordinate with your planner or designated point person), travel fees may apply
• A relationship questionnaire, assistance with vows if needed, and incorporation of cultural or unity traditions
• Coordination with your wedding vendors to keep everything running smoothly
This package ensures your ceremony is heartfelt, organized, and uniquely you... even with a big crowd.
Ceremony Script Writing – $425+
Ideal for couples who would like a family member or friend to officiate their ceremony, while entrusting a professional officiant to create a beautifully written, customized ceremony script that reflects their story and vision.
This package is designed to take the pressure off your chosen officiant while ensuring your ceremony still feels intentional, seamless, and deeply personal. I will craft a fully customized ceremony script tailored to your love story, tone, and preferences.
Your script includes thoughtfully written opening words, ceremony flow, vow guidance or wording, ring exchange, any cultural or unity elements, and closing words. Every ceremony is written to feel natural, meaningful, and true to you as a couple.
You will also have opportunities for feedback and revisions so the final script feels aligned, comfortable, and ready to be delivered with confidence on your wedding day.
Legal Marriage License Signing and/or Officiant Prep Services may be added onto this package.
Officiant Prep for Family & Friends - $150+
Have you asked a friend or family member to officiate your wedding but they're feeling a little nervous? I've got them covered!
During this personalized 90-minute coaching session, I'll walk your chosen officiant through everything they need to know to confidently lead your ceremony. From ceremony flow and microphone tips to pacing, positioning, cueing the couple, and handling those unexpected moments, they'll leave feeling prepared and ready to create a meaningful experience for you and your guests.
Whether it's their first time officiating or they simply want a little extra guidance, this session is designed to help them feel confident every step of the way.
Includes:
• 90-minute one-on-one coaching session (virtual or in person)
• Ceremony flow and timeline guidance
• Public speaking and microphone tips
• Positioning and cueing throughout the ceremony
• Rehearsal preparation
• Time for questions and personalized guidance
Optional Add-Ons:

Travel Information
Serving Central Virginia and beyond. Traveling throughout Virginia for love stories worth celebrating. Travel within 30 minutes one way from Lynchburg, Virginia is included with every ceremony package.
For ceremonies beyond the included travel area, the following travel fees apply based on one-way drive time:
• Up to 30 minutes: Included
• 31–60 minutes: $50
• 61–90 minutes: $75
•91–120 minutes: $125
• More than 120 minutes: Custom quote + one-night hotel accommodations required.
Travel time is based on the estimated one-way drive time from Lynchburg at the time of booking. All applicable travel fees will be included in your quote before booking, so you'll always know exactly what to expect.
